Kinsale Manor

Phase 1&2 - Construction of 76 nr. detached and semi-detached houses adjacent an existing live hospital and local authority council offices in phased construction of what is intended to be a development of 136 nr. houses in total.

The extensive site works consist of site clearance, extensive cut and fill (in rock), access road construction, in-situ concrete / blockwork retaining walls and new services including drainage, electrical, communications, gasmain and watermain, connections to the main services on public road R605, extensive drainage and internal road development works.

The works also consist of strategic infrastructure works including:

  • Road widening along R605 (whilst in public use)
  • In-situ concrete attenuation tank
  • Installation of a 6m high acoustic barrier to the rear of the site
  • Trunk watermain diversion (2.5-2.7m deep, in rock), including removal of existing asbestos watermains
  • Show House Carpark, Haul Road & Security Fencing
