Whites Row Apartments

Residential and commercial mixed development project consisting of the conversion of a four storey office building into six luxury apartments on the upper floors and commercial space on the ground floor in a prime London city centre location in Shoreditch.

The works were carried out on a restricted site with business and residential neighbours in close proximity on all sides. The existing building was stripped out only retaining the existing block and brickwork walls and main concrete structure with re-modelling works carried out to the facades. The existing mansard roof was demolished and a new residential level was installed.

Six new luxury apartment units were constructed on the upper levels and a commercial unit was formed at ground level all served by the installation of a new passenger lift.
