Stand Down for Safety

For the month of October CField has had 'Stand Down for Safety' toolbox talks where each site has taken a moment to think and talk about the importance of health and safety on site.
On the Merck F2.0 site at Blarney, a Defibrillator Awareness session was held to highlight how important it is to have an AED on site, and how it is used in an emergency situation. CField staff are trained in first aid response and the use of an AED. This session was a refresher on using the AED.
At The Prism site there was a talk on Hazardous Energies. This outlined the safety awareness needed whilst working around chemicals and live services on site.

Also, on the Merck F2.0 project, we got CField, Merck and Tandem together on site where James Kavanagh from CField executed a toolbox talk on leading by example as we come to the end safety month. A coffee truck was on site for everyone to have a chat and get to know each other.

Just to name a few, we are incredibly proud to have been able to focus in on the importance of these meetings and we would just like to say a big thank you to everyone who was involved!

"Thank you for your excellent work in bringing this project to fruition. CField and all the excellent staff were always professional, committed, honest and worked hard to help us have the lovely building we now have. Their continual communication and patience in guiding us through the process was very much appreciated. I would recommend them, and have done, to anyone considering a similar build."

Dr Edward Gash - Principal, Midleton College

“CField were a pleasure to deal with on site. Given that it was a live site and the administrative offices continued to function throughout the project period, disruption was minimised and management of movement of staff to different locations within the building during the project was facilitated efficiently. Any issues or concerns raised were dealt with positively in a timely manner and the project was completed without delays.”

Una Carroll - Assistant Principal Officer, Cork Education & Training Board

"I have been working with KPMG for five years and for any type of project management and construction work, CField would always be first on my list to engage."
