Safety Observation Reporting November Shout Outs!

CField would like to take this time to acknowledge all of the hard work from the sub-contractors, thanking all of them for the continuous effort they put into all of our sites.

Safety observation reporting (SOR) is an example which we use on some of our sites. This is where if someone submits a SOR, whether it's positive, negative or unsure its discussed within the relevant site team and inspected to ensure the site can continue to operate safely and according to the program.

Congratulations to:
Stephen Jordan of KSSL for good cooperation and communication between various trades while acting as a spotter/supervisor. Awarded by
James Kavanagh CField Senior EHS.

Johnny Keating from Rivet Structural Steel Manpower for protecting an ope/leading edge and highlighting it by submitting a SOR which CField acted upon immediately to ensure it was protected safely as required. Awarded by Tim Mulhall Managing Director of Tandem Project Management.

Roman Drapela 3D Personnel who has been making sure all barriers/ signs are in place accordingly to the traffic management plan and communicating well with CField on a regular basis regarding any changes that happen on site. Awarded by Noel Creedon CField Project Manager.

Thank you to everyone and keep up the great work!

Given that it was a live site and the administrative offices continued to function throughout the project period, disruption was minimised and management of movement of staff to different locations within the building during the project was facilitated efficiently. Any issues or concerns raised were dealt with positively in a timely manner and the project was completed without delays.”
