Design and construction of 73 residential units split into 3 buildings, the provision of a new substation, car parking, cycle stores, bin stores and associated landscaping works.
The main building comprises 60 apartments. The lower ground floor includes plantroom, cycle stores and bin stores along with 6 apartments. Upper ground floor to 4th floor consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments with a single penthouse apartment on the top floor.
The second building comprises 12 social and affordable units in a part 2, 3, & 4 storey building. The final unit involves the demolition and rebuild of a flying freehold.
