The project consists of the demolition of existing 1, 2 & 3 storey building and the construction 69 residential units in 2 blocks along with commercial space in the ground floor and 1st floors of block A.
In addition to the residential and commercial space, there is a 34-space basement carpark and plant room area. The development also includes for the provision of cycle stores, bin stores and associated landscaping works.
Both buildings are of RC frame construction and apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Block A consists of floors ground to 6th with Block B consisting of floors ground to 4th with a provision for a 5th floor to be added at a later stage.
The façade construction is a mixture of brick / render / stone & cladding.
